Samantha Delechantos is a lawyer who practices in all areas of family law. Samantha has appeared in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia on uncontested and contested matters. Samantha is passionate about developing her family law practice and serving her clients.
Samantha was born and educated in Australia. Prior to joining RWE Family Law, Samantha practiced as a lawyer in the areas of Intellectual Property, Technology and Privacy in both Australia and Japan for three years. Samantha’s experience as a lawyer has provided her with an exceptional work ethic, and undivided dedication to providing our clients with high quality legal services.
In addition to her family litigation practice, Samantha has maintained involvement with privacy law. In 2018, on behalf of FIPA BC, Samantha authored a submission to the Federal Government on Digital Transformation across the country in relation to privacy rights. She was also invited to speak as a panelist at the 2018 Information Summit regarding “Privacy and Political Parties”. Privacy rights will always remain a focus throughout Samantha’s personal and professional life.
In 2011 Samantha graduated from the Griffith University Law School. Samantha completed her Federal Canadian accreditation through the National Committee of Accreditation in 2017 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2019.
