Vincent Canil

Vincent is an associate lawyer at RWE Family Law who has experience dealing with all issues relating to family law including property division, spousal support, child support, custody, and child protection. He strives to present clients with all the vital information about the family law process before assisting them in making the decision best suited for their circumstances.

Vincent has made appearances in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia and British Columbia Court of Appeal while also representing clients at mediation. He takes a collaborative approach to his practice and encourages negotiation and mediation when possible. However, he has considerable experience in litigation and is not hesitant to advocate for a client in court when necessary.

Prior to joining RWE Law, Vincent articled at a boutique general practice firm in Burnaby and worked at a family law firm in New Westminster.
Outside of work, Vincent enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and hiking the picturesque trails that British Columbia has to offer.
